On the civil side I handle compensation for damages and road traffic accidents, family and personal status, contracts, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings; on the criminal side I assist the person under investigation, the defendant and the victim of an offence at every stage of the proceedings. I also practise immigration law.
I accept instructions also outside the district: electronic court filing allows matters to be handled remotely and, where attendance at a hearing is required, a colleague of the court seised is appointed for service. I am enrolled on the lists for State-funded legal aid, in the civil and the criminal sector.
No outcome in court can be promised by any lawyer: the uncertainty of litigation cannot be removed, and it should be understood before deciding whether to face it.
